Part Time Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 12:00 noon

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Job-Specific Expectations

Reports to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.

Reconciles and prepares daily deposit, cash account, COD, Valutec.

Assists with receipting checks for receivable and monthly statements.

Daily Maintains and balances Cash Account

Daily Sales Tax Journal Reconciliation.

Filing for business office A/P, A/R, Car deals, DMV and any other filing items.

Lookup and process any toll violations that are received.

Assist with any DMV checks for refunds to clients.

Assist with Title Book organization.

Create and maintain inventory jackets for business office.

Assist with backup to cashier when needed.

Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat and clean work area.

Other Duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate effectively.

Independently motivated with the ability to work within a team environment.

Excellent customer service/satisfaction skills.

Organized and computer proficient.
